In **SCP-111** ShapeShift FOXChain Proposal (Phase 2), the community approved plans to airdrop ARKEO tokens to help kickstart the launch of Arkeo network. The purpose of this spec is to generate the list of eligible addresses and calculate the amount of tokens each address is eligible to claim.
Rather than basing eligibility on a single snapshot or series of snapshots, which is subject to gaming, the current plan is for airdrop amounts to be calculated using a rolling balance of all applicable token balances starting from the date the proposal passed (November 22, 2022) and ending 30 days prior to mainnet launch, though still subject to potential workstream revision if necessary. We should aim to have the code to generate the list prepared and tested by February 15th so the final list can be created 30 days prior to mainnet launch, which could be as soon as Q1 2023.
