This document is an attachment to Proposal SCP-141 and addresses questions raised by the community. Globalization Workstreams metrics and KPIs are available for appreciation so we also propose suggestions and improvements for each one. New goals have been added and a new setup for KPI analysis will be applied. In addition to the goals, goals proposed during Ideation stage will be maintained.
With a new direction Globalization WS intends carry out weekly researches and publish reports during Office Hours (every two weeks), this attachment establish the following criteria to KPIs delivers for the next term:
Establish a new growth direction for Globalization supported countries in accordance to Portfolio of Bets parameters envisioning international expansion by driving global users acquisition through KPIs oriented funnels. This goal consider major Workstream metrics as success indicator and identify tactics to be adopted during the proposal aiming grow in 140% the Global Weekly Transactions.
Develop a research, map and identify the international market and guarantees possibilities for expanding ShapeShift product worldwide and understand how the Marketing and Product strategy fits internationally at the current scenario.
Create own and expand marketing strategies when ready and guarantee its awareness with international socials, regional landing pages, presence in dev-oriented niched events as sales representative and meet interested people to build with ShapeShift and use the API, Press-Releases, Brave Ads.
Retouch landing pages and interface non-US copywriting with CTAs, understand and propose suitable international experience according to trades and volume goals. Not excluding the possibility to add a new country in Global support with language support and community.
