Overall Themes
- Give the benefit of the doubt
- Don’t assume, have a conversation to get clarification
- Provide support and resources to the rest of the DAO contributors
- Maintain focus on priorities, the DAO is very big, moves quickly, and is distracting.
- Moderation is the glue, backbone, stage controllers, organizers and 👀 and 👂s of the DAO
- Be prepared, supportive, direct, and respectful.
- Don’t Trust. Verify.
General (not mod)
- 🌲 - Responsibilities priority tree:
- Prod Issues >
- Deployment testing requests >
- #triage post recreations and responses >
- Scheduled regression testing >
- DAO Community Call participation >
- 👨👩👧👦 - Support other Operations’ Workstream contributors. We will all be keeping the spinning plates going. Communication, teamwork, recreation, redundancy, and knowledge sharing are how we all make the the Workstream and DAO mature and scale successfully.
- ✍️ - Establish and maintain the shared specific repository for all personal contributions to Operations projects. (Operations Notion, Prod Issues tracking, triage tracking, triage report tracking, regression test tracking, other Operations repos)
Deliverables
- 📑 - When a deliverable request is made within Operations, communicate clearly with your Workstream leader throughout the process to come up with and achieve clear action items, acceptance criteria, resources, and timelines. Communicate in Operations stand-ups and syncs progress, blockers, and any requests for assistance.
- 🗒️ - When deliverable requests come from other Workstreams, get as much info as possible including when it's due. Use your best judgement and/or communicate with the team if it's unclear whether the deliverable is appropriate for the Operations workstream (If no other workstream is picking it up, it’s probably Operations’ responsibility) Inform the Operations workstream leader of the request and specifics.
- 🗓️ - Manage meeting time and deliverables to all committed projects and Workstreams. (testing, triage, prod issues, meeting management, individual projects)
