As a user, I want to view/display proposal and candidate details for Nouns or Nouns Forks on my profile or homebase.

• Select from a dropdown of pre-configured Nounish Communities
• Configure by pasting any arbitrary NounsDAOProxy.sol contract address and selecting Network
• Display real-time proposal details
• Enable voting from widget (or for MVP could also just link to an external gov interface)
