2. Optimal Distribution:

   • Prioritize distributing higher value chips first.

3. Steps:

   • Start with the highest value chips (Purple) and distribute as many as possible up to the available limit.
   • Proceed to the next highest value chips (Black), and so on.

4. Distribute Purple Chips:

   • Max 50 Purple chips.
   • Value: 50 * 8 USD = 400 USD
   • Remaining chips to distribute: 250 - 50 = 200 chips.

5. Distribute Black Chips:

   • Max 100 Black chips.
   • Value: 100 * 4 USD = 400 USD
   • Remaining chips to distribute: 200 - 100 = 100 chips.
