Trusted Community Devs are our bounty hunters that work on PRs like they are bounties but are paid in a timesheet fashion with approved hours.

1. Trusted Community Devs are approved by 0xdef1cafe. Once they become a dev they are given PRs to work on as Defi and engineering sees fit. They can still apply for the other bounties through the regular process as well.

2. Before work can begin, the dev must have the estimated hours approved by Defi. There is a google sheet that they fill out with the PR they are working on and the estimated time it till take them.

Once Defi has approved the estimated hours, they can then proceed to do the work.

3. A new sheet is created for each week running from friday through to the following Thursday. This is because the aim is to pay the devs weekly each Friday with the devs having the opportunity to add their hours during the week as they are completed.

4. Before paying the dev, the hours must be approved by Defi. [If Defi is not available to approve the work, then Willyfox is the next person to reach out to.]

5. Once the weekly hours have been approved, we create a task in Dework under the Trusted Devs Payout Space in Dework. (This is a hidden space, only accessible by the Operations Team at this stage).

6. Create a new task under the ‘To Do’ tab

7. Fill out the info for each number in the screenshot below

• 1. Enter the name of the dev, followed by the week the hours are completed in. EG “Neomaking 6/10 - 6/16.
• 2. Assign the dev that the hours are for.
  • If the Dev does not appear in the Assignee list 👇
• 3. Task Points are the number of hours that the work is for (this is the total from the Trusted Community Devs Timesheet above).
• 4. Add the $Bounty. This is $80 x the number of hours. We select the FOX (Ethereum Mainnet) and then Peg it to USD
