Currently app.shapeshift.com gives users the ability to deposit into a number of Yearn vaults. While some vaults allow users to deposit a single asset, like USDC, other assets require that users deposit an LP token, like Curve CRV-ETH. Please write a description for each of these assets with information on the protocol, the liquidity pool (with links to underlying assets), and provide instructions to a user on how to acquire said asset.

Earn 30 USDC for each asset description that fulfills the following acceptance criteria:

  1. Asset description includes accurate information on the respective protocol and liquidity pool (with links directly to shapeshift asset page for underlying assets, ie. /assets/eip155:1/erc20:0xa0b86991c6218b36c1d19d4a2e9eb0ce3606eb48)
    1. To use markdown to add hyperlinks to text, enclose the link text in brackets and then follow it immediately with the URL in parentheses (ie. FOX. NOTE: do not include “https://app.shapeshift.com” in any URLs to pages on app.shapeshift.com; instead just include the route like in the above example
    2. Asset description includes accurate step-by-step instructions to acquire the LP token (with direct links to the UI to acquire the LP token, ie. https://curve.fi/crveth/deposit instead of https://curve.fi).
  2. Pull request is merged to https://github.com/shapeshift/lib/blob/main/packages/asset-service/src/service/descriptions.json

Once a PR has been opened, please post it in the #product-public channel in discord for review along with the ETH address to receive payment. If you can’t access the channel, select the product role in the #role-selector channel. Payments are sent in USDC on xDAI/Gnosis Chain within 7 days of the PR being merged.
