We will develop a strong set of KPIs after the first quarter of the workstream’s existence. Metrics we will be focusing on are: Site uptime, number of triage tickets made/solved, number of production issue escalations, length of time spent fighting production bugs, release timelines, feature functionality, time spent testing as well as more DAO focused and centered KPIs relating to organization for the community, meeting attendance, and governance processes
